How to be Healthy.

* Take a 10-30 minutes’ brisk walk every day.

* Make time to practice meditation, yoga & prayer, they provide us with daily fuel for our busy life.

* Drink plenty of water.

* Do not Skip breakfast.

* Avoid Coffee, Drink Tea (especially Green Tea).

* Eat more fruits & vegetables.

* Exercise for better all-round health.

* Practice good dental hygiene.

* Protect your skin from sun and pollution.

* Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.

* Smile & laugh more.

* Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip.

* Sleep for at least 7 hours.

* Forgive everyone for everything.

* Always be Happy and healthy.
